Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Place your sunglasses in their original microfiber pouch and protective case, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your refund or ship out your new pair within 3-5 business days.
